The theme of the bar is unique, funny and overall so cool! You truly don't see something like this often — I'd personally say this is a must-see location if you are visiting Cluj. The entire place is soviet-themed, even the menu, food and drinks. The menu is huge, tons of cocktail options and all of them are very good. Even the food is mouth-watering (especially the burger).
